Refund policy
Thank you for your purchase! Because each order is carefully prepared and shipped, I have the following policy:
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 14 days of delivery at talyaperper+inquiries@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. I'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
All Other Returns: Due to the nature of my products, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or change of mind. All sales are final.
Lost Packages: If your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, please contact me within 7 days and I'll do my best to help resolve the issue.
